If a parent asks the other parent for a drug test in order to see their child does the parent demanding the drug test need to pay for it or does the parent taking the test pay for it
There is no set rule. Generally a Court will make an Order and set out terms re drug testing. Both parties can split the cost or the party requesting the drug test can pay but , if the drug test is positive for a banned substance ie. illegal or not prescribed, then the party using drugs has to pay them back.
